Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or product-related questions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and follow up on pending resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and service changes to provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor when dealing with challenging customer situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time schedule.
- Must be available to work a rotating shift including evenings and weekends as required.
