Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
- Inquiry Resolution: Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and account statuses in our internal system.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and communicate them to the product and development teams.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition to our services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams to resolve escalations and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
