Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in our database accurately and timely.
- Documentation: Document all customer interactions and resolutions within company guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to management regarding common customer issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work a part-time schedule (e.g., evenings or weekends).
- Technology: Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Attitude: A positive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
