Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication with a portfolio of clients via email and phone to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct product training sessions and webinars to onboard new users effectively.
- Monitor client accounts for usage patterns and proactively address potential churn risks.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex client inquiries efficiently.
- Document client feedback and report trends to the product management team to drive continuous improvement.
- Update client records accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
