Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Analyze client usage data to identify trends and provide actionable feedback to the product team.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with a select portfolio of accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to account health and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or technical support (1-2 years minimum).
- Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting (20-25 hours per week).
- Must reside in the Chicago, IL area.
- Experience with SaaS platforms is highly preferred.
