Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing and service issues efficiently using internal systems
- Document interactions accurately in CRM software and maintain case logs
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex customer concerns
- Proactively upsell relevant products and services based on customer needs
- Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing training sessions
- Meet performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 0-2 years customer service experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and multitasking ability
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (weekends/evenings required)
- Passion for problem-solving and customer advocacy
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
