Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within SLA targets
- Process orders, returns, and payment transactions accurately
- Update CRM systems with customer interaction details

Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Available for 20-25 hours/week (evenings/weekends)
