- Assist clients with inquiries, registrations, and program information
- Process transactions using POS systems and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues efficiently

- Maintain organized and welcoming front-desk environment
- Contribute to daily operational tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
