- Handle 30+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell products
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Train on new product launches quarterly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
