Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, track shipments, and provide accurate updates to clients regarding their logistics status.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and improve customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
