- Manage Inquiries: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the management team when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database to maintain up-to-date records.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current on our products and services to provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product and operations teams to help drive continuous improvement.
- Schedule Adherence: Maintain a reliable attendance record and adhere to the agreed-upon part-time schedule.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and basic office software.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and/or evenings as part of the part-time roster.
- Personality: A friendly, patient, and proactive attitude towards helping others.
