Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of mid-sized clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions via email and phone.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and advocate for client needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to track client goals and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in our CRM system.
- Assist in the development of customer onboarding materials and training resources.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.

- Must be located in or willing to commute to Sacramento, CA.
