Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
- Process orders and returns efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with full-time staff to ensure seamless service continuity across the weekend.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors and customers.
- Update customer records in the CRM system accurately and in real-time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we offer training for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for early mornings.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
