Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional, empathetic support via email, chat, and phone to resolve technical inquiries and service issues.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to document user feedback and suggest feature improvements.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of our platform.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational excellence.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities within your account base to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success, support, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Must reside in the Tucson, Arizona area.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
