Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-contact environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce/Zendesk
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekend/evening shifts
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
