- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and update customer profiles
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet daily performance metrics for response time and resolution
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on product updates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B or SaaS environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
