Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product issues and order discrepancies using CRM systems
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote new products/services
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in retail or call center
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
