- Resolve technical issues and process orders with 95%+ accuracy
- Update CRM systems and document all customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech/retail
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends required)
