- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case histories in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex troubleshooting escalations
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
- Meet weekly performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or SaaS industry
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues remotely
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification a plus
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
