- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product concerns
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet performance metrics including response times and satisfaction scores
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in a B2B environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS/GCP) a plus
- Valid Texas driver's license if occasional on-site visits required
