- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) through personalized support
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a BPO or retail environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings and occasional weekends
