Responsibilities

- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision

- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response times and resolution rates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6 months+ customer service experience in retail or tech
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Available for 20-25 hours/week including weekend shifts
- Washington state residency and reliable transportation
