Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with program enrollment, documentation, and eligibility verification
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex service issues
- Participate in community outreach events on weekends
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Spanish bilingualism highly preferred
- Valid California driver's license (for outreach events)
