- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions accurately using our CRM system and POS software
- Resolve customer concerns by troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient service operations
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (20-25 hours/week)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Paradise Road location
