Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within our CRM system.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of transactions.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to meet departmental revenue targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a patient and empathetic approach to service.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago office.
