- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Support sales initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities during interactions
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 6+ months of customer service or support experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
