Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them to the right solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and a focus on resolution.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools for inventory and customer management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston location.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
