Responsibilities
- Manage Client Inquiries: Deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues and answering product questions efficiently.
- Data Entry & Accuracy: Maintain and update client records with precision, ensuring data integrity across our CRM systems.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot common software issues and escalate complex technical problems to senior engineering teams.
- Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback and document insights to help improve our product roadmap and customer satisfaction scores.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Engineering departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative assistance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
