Responsibilities
- Provide responsive customer support via email, chat, and phone with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document and resolve technical issues using Zendesk and internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex product bugs
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through weekly feedback sessions
- Train new customers on platform features during onboarding sessions
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify trends
- Participate in monthly cross-departmental innovation workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or tech support experience
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with minimal supervision
- Available 20-25 hours/week with flexibility during 8am-6pm CST
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with SaaS products or customer onboarding processes
