Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot software/hardware issues

Qualifications

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (20-30 hours/week)
- Valid California driver's license (occasional client visits required)
