Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and returns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with a focus on satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize service processes and workflow.
- Uphold company policies, brand standards, and confidentiality agreements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
