Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high satisfaction rating.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and escalate potential product or service improvements to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficient in using computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
