Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specials.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Stock ingredients, milk, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn new recipes.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
