Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty coffees.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including sanitizing equipment and workspaces.
- Stock inventory and perform regular opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
- Upsell products and suggest new items to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
