Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and food items according to strict brand recipes and standards.
- Operate espresso machines and Point of Sale (POS) systems with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workstation, including sanitizing equipment and cleaning spills immediately.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, making recommendations, and resolving inquiries to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Train and mentor new hires on brewing techniques, latte art, and customer service protocols.
- Perform cash handling duties, including closing out registers and balancing daily deposits.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing processes, milk steaming, and basic latte art techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
