Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during off-hours.
- Monitor system logs and security alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostics for off-site employees.
- Document all incidents and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure continuity of service and knowledge transfer.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on servers and peripherals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related technical roles.
- Must be available to work evenings, nights, or weekends as required.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and common office software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification preferred.
