- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
