Your Role:
As a Night Shift Associate, you will be the first line of support for our valued clients during the evening hours. You will resolve technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our customers have a seamless experience, even when the office is quiet.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer tickets and support requests during the evening shift.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system (Salesforce) accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand over critical issues seamlessly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- A valid right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Previous experience in a night shift or part-time role is highly preferred.
