Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
