Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume queue of inbound tickets and support requests during evening peak hours.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and account configurations for enterprise clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our SaaS platform, providing in-depth training to clients when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Day Shift engineering team to escalate and document bugs or feature requests.
  • Monitor system health and proactively reach out to clients if downtime is detected.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Adhere to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure client satisfaction scores remain above 95%.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, customer success, or account management.
  • Experience working in a 24/7 support environment or evening shifts is highly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to navigate complex software ecosystems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions without immediate supervision.
