- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM EST)

- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate critical cases appropriately
- Collaborate with global teams across US/UK time zones for seamless service delivery
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback and performance analytics

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with neutral accent

- Available for 4-5 shifts weekly (32-40 hours total) including weekends
