Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support during evening hours
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to all company protocols and security procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Support end-of-day reporting and data reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Available to work flexible evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
