Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls during the night shift.

- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and information flow.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations effectively.
