Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during evening shifts
- Balance daily financial transactions and generate reports
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Monitor security systems and building access
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Update reservation systems and guest profiles
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexible availability for evening/overnight shifts
- Basic accounting knowledge and cash handling experience
