Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service for evening events and private functions
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following brand standards
- Maintain clean service stations and event spaces
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff during peak hours
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year food service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
