Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance during evening events and performances
- Manage ticket scanning, seating guidance, and venue access control
- Coordinate with security and event staff for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards during evening shifts
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible evening schedules (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of Nashville attractions and nightlife a plus
- Background check and drug screening required
