Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Prepare and serve specialty beverages and artisanal food items
- Manage cash operations and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support visual merchandising to enhance evening ambiance
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in premium food/beverage service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure evening environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Availability to work evenings and weekends consistently
