Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests with warm professionalism during evening check-in/check-out
- Manage reservation systems and provide real-time venue/activity recommendations
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and maintain evening guest amenities and common areas
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
