Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to drive product innovation and market adoption.

- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI/ML projects from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, and advanced computer vision.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
