Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Lead cross-functional teams in trend analysis and disruption forecasting
- Produce high-impact research reports on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-oriented decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Monitor global signals (geopolitical, technological, environmental) for early opportunity identification
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder engagement
- Published work in futurism or peer-reviewed journals preferred
- Experience with futures simulation tools and data visualization platforms
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE) highly desirable
